SHIPPING & RETURNS – WALLREN
This Shipping, Return, and Refund Policy defines the terms and conditions applicable to orders placed on the Wallren website. By validating an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these terms without reservation, governed by the laws in force in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
1. Shipping Areas
Wallren delivers its products to the following regions:
• France
• European Union
• International, depending on eligible countries at the time of the order
Wallren reserves the right to refuse delivery to certain destinations for logistical, regulatory, or customs reasons.
2. Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped through partner carriers (DHL, UPS, Colissimo, or equivalent). The carrier is selected automatically based on the destination and the option chosen during checkout.
3. Processing and Delivery Times
Delivery times are provided for information purposes only:
Order preparation: 24 to 72 business hours
Estimated delivery times:
• France: 3 to 7 business days
• Europe: 5 to 10 business days
• International: 7 to 15 business days
Wallren cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs authorities, force majeure events, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
• Destination
• Package weight
• Selected shipping method
Free shipping promotions may be offered occasionally.
5. Order Tracking
An email containing a tracking number is sent to the customer after the order is shipped to allow real-time tracking of the delivery.
6. Delivery Issues
In case of a package not received, damaged, or lost, the customer must contact Wallren within 48 hours after the expected delivery date at the following contact details:

A claim will then be opened with the carrier. No refund or reshipment will be processed before the carrier’s investigation is completed.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
7. Right of Return
In accordance with applicable commercial regulations in the United Arab Emirates, the customer has 14 days after receiving the order to request a return, subject to the conditions below.
8. Return Conditions
To be accepted, the product must:
• Be new, unused, and unopened
• Be returned in its original intact packaging
• Show no signs of alteration
For hygiene and consumer protection reasons, any opened, tested, or used cosmetic product cannot be returned or refunded.
9. Return Procedure
Before any return, the customer must:
• Contact Wallren by email at: wallrencosmetics@gmail.com
• Provide the order number and reason for the return
• Wait for written approval and the return address
Any return made without prior authorization will be refused.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the error is attributable to Wallren.
10. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product:
• Refunds are issued within 7 to 14 business days
• Using the original payment method
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of an error attributable to Wallren.
11. Exchanges
Wallren does not offer direct exchanges. For any product change, the customer must:
• Follow the return procedure
• Place a new order separately
12. Defective Products or Order Errors
In case of a damaged or non-compliant product, the customer must contact Wallren within 48 hours, providing:
• Photos of the package
• Photos of the product
• Order number
After verification, Wallren will offer either a replacement or a refund.
13. Liability
Wallren cannot be held responsible for:
• Delays caused by carriers
• Customs blockages beyond its control
• Incorrect information provided by the customer
• Customer absence at the time of delivery
