8. Right of Return and Withdrawal
The customer has 14 days after receipt to request a return, provided that:
• The product is new, unused, and unopened
• The packaging is intact
Opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene reasons.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the error is attributable to Wallren.
9. Refund
Refunds are issued within 7 to 14 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned product, using the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
10. Liability
Wallren cannot be held liable for:
• Improper use of products
• Allergic reactions not reported by the customer
• Product incompatibility with the customer’s skin type
• Delays or losses caused by carriers
The customer is responsible for checking the product ingredients before use.
